Clifford Bernier will accompany the Voices of Woodlawn on harmonica at Joe’s Movement Emporium in Mt. Rainier, MD on February 18 at 7pm. In this unique collaboration, 3 Black poets and a white poet from the D.C. area share their moving poetry about the troubled history of the Woodlawn Plantation in Alexandria, VA

February 25
On Saturday, February 25 at 5pm, join members of the ECPP for a reading, performance, and conversation entitled Black History is All Our History. Responding in part to the decision to reject the African American AP course in various states, specifically Florida, a state rich with Afro/Caribbean history, the poets will share words that connect and shed light on the interlacing of the history of America.
