DESCRIPTION:Join us for our Second Sunday Salon Series at the Oca Mocha cafe in Arbutus\, MD. For September\, our feature is Brenda Bunting. Patrice Smith will be hosting this event. After Brenda reads and does a Q&A with Patrice\, we will take a short break and then have an open mic. \nNote: the Salon Series time has changed. Events will now run from 1:00-2:30 pm. \nBrenda’s bio: \nPoet and Spoken Word Artist\, Brenda Bunting is an award-winning orator and advocate for racial\, social and environmental justice.
